You can send your labeling applications to our staff several different ways!

      Odenton, MD 21113
    2. You can fax it to our office.
Please enlarge your labeling graphics if you choose to fax. Frequently, the labeling artwork is small and it arrives to us in an illegible format. If it isn't legible, USDA will not accept the application. By enlarging it, you will ensure that it is legible.
    3. You can email the application and labeling graphics to our office.

Attach your application forms (completed PDF files) and graphics to your email and emailing it to the following address with a subject of "Online Label Order". If the link below opens your email automatically (should work with most email systems), it will automatically create the subject and body text to begin your email.

      KSLABEL@aol.com
    4. Regular mail can be sent to our street address (see the Contact page for all contact details).

If you choose to mail labeling applications, we request that all paperwork be in duplicate form. USDA requires duplicate copies of all labeling applications and graphics. If your label has any special claims such as Angus, Carbohydrate, etc. or is from a foreign establishment, USDA requires three copies of all labeling applications and graphics.
  5. Awaiting Your Approval
The USDA approval review time may vary from week to week. If you are in urgent need of a label approval, please make our staff aware of this urgency! We can contact you once the label has been reviewed with the status of the application. We are happy to make any minor modifications which may be required to the formulation or graphics in order to obtain you USDA approval. It is always our pleasure to assist you!
